IRISH HERITAGE CEILI - SATURDAY MARCH 8TH INDEPENDENCE CENTER 5:00 Dancers go on at 5:15 to KICK off a great party with appetizer buffet Irish style, songs, music, poems, jokes and lots of laughter! Meet the FUN CROWD and make some new friends. Tickets just $10 Come with a friend. If you want to join ICCC the dues are only $10 a year! We have some inexpensive and creative events coming up in our 20th anniversary year. APRIL 6th CA FIRE RELIEF RALLY, MAY 3rd - May day is lei day at our ISLAND FEST, SEPT 28TH IS OKTOBERFEST, and December 7th is our HOLIDAYS AROUND THE WORLD BUFFET BRUNCH. Plus we have COFFEE, TEA and WE - get togethers every month! We also have line dance classes with various cultural genres, heritage arts, Tai Chi, language classes and more. Do you remember the Woodstock Music Festival August 15- 18th.1969 Bethel, New York? It was a cultural phenomenon with a diverse audience and music genre spreading a message of unity, peace and love for all. We're bringing that feeling back on August 17th at Independence Center while renewing friendships. Pretend it's 1969 again. Revisit the counter culture with the International Cultural Connections. Stay cool on a Hot August night. Wear your bell bottoms and tie dye flower power as it's Peace, Love and FUN this August 17th. Independence Center 4:30 to 7:30.
We'll be singing the songs you love to remember and dancing to the music of "Bob Bush and Friends". Pizza,Cake, Costume Contest, raffles and more..........
